FAQ's

Just the basics! Grab yourself a set of dumbbells, resistance bands, and a yoga mat. These essentials will have you covered for all the workouts, whether you’re at home or hitting the gym.

100%! Strength training can be modified for beginners by using lighter weights. If you ever need modification recommendations, just shoot me a message. You can even send me videos of your exercise form, and I’ll give you feedback to ensure you’re doing everything correctly.

You’ll be doing 3-5 workouts per week, each lasting 35-45 minutes. You can always break apart longer workouts to fit your day. Need recommendations on how to squeeze them in? Just message me in the app.

Loads! You’ll get direct access to me via text and voice memos. You can message me any time, and I’ll respond during business hours to answer your questions and keep you motivated.

Yes! If you need nutrition coaching or have any questions, just message me. You’ll also have access to tools in the app to track your meals and macros so you can stay on point with your nutrition goals.

While I can’t guarantee specific results, I can tell you that women who follow the plan consistently and maintain good nutrition tend to love the way they look and feel over time.
