Short answer, no.
All the workouts are designed to be completed with weights.
But if you don’t have them, get creative by using soup cans or whatever you have around the house.
When there’s floor work and you don’t have a mat, use a carpet or rug.
When you see me using a booty band and you don’t have one, do the exercise anyway—it’s still effective whether or not you use it.
You can still get a sweat going regardless of what you do (or don’t) use.
