YOU DON’T HAVE TO WORK OUT ALONE! ROUND UP YOUR BRIDESMAIDS AND TRAIN TOGETHER AS A GROUP. FOLLOWING A WORKOUT PROGRAM WITH YOUR FRIENDS AND LOVED ONES IS A GREAT WAY TO INCREASE ACCOUNTABILITY, MOTIVATION, AND ENJOYMENT!

In the meantime, you will gain access to the STF app, where you can set up your account and enter your "before" measurements.
YAY! You've decided to start improving your health. Now for the fun part. Around this time, you should receive a welcome email and a program starter guide with a few forms you will be required to fill out and send back to me before I begin.
During our 15-minute phone call, I will discuss your needs and fitness goals. Then, together, we will determine if an ST Fitness program is a good fit for you.

Once all the paperwork is complete and you have made an STF app account, we will begin prepping you to be successful during your fitness journey from the start! From there, you will transform your mind and body into one that brings you confidence, empowerment, and joy!
