I’ve always been fascinated by how the body works and its amazing ability to adapt during and after pregnancy.

I started in fitness over a decade ago and now I help expecting and new mothers master the fitness they need to stay strong and balanced—
to build resilience and joy during one of life’s most transformative times.

As an author of 'The Little Book of Rest' and a seasoned fitness coach, I help expecting and new mothers reclaim their strength and confidence.

My career began with a deep-seated desire to bring health and happiness to others, which naturally led me to focus on maternal fitness—a field where I could make a real difference.

Over the years, I've honed my skills as a Certified Nutrition Coach, Health Coach, and Yoga Teacher, allowing me to offer holistic fitness solutions tailored to the unique needs of mothers.

My approach is all about creating stress-free fitness experiences that fit seamlessly into your life, helping you to not just survive, but thrive during and after pregnancy.
