As an author of 'The Little Book of Rest' and a seasoned fitness coach, I help expecting and new mothers reclaim their strength and confidence.
My career began with a deep-seated desire to bring health and happiness to others, which naturally led me to focus on maternal fitness—a field where I could make a real difference.
Over the years, I've honed my skills as a Certified Nutrition Coach, Health Coach, and Yoga Teacher, allowing me to offer holistic fitness solutions tailored to the unique needs of mothers.
