The Ultimate Home Workout Guide is designed for all levels. Steph explains how to increase the intensity by lifting heavier weights, completing more repetitions, and adding on cardio.

2. Does Steph follow these workouts, too?

Yes! These workouts are designed based off Steph’s regular fitness routine. She often starts challenges in her private Facebook group and does the workout program with her clients!

3. What type of equipment do you need?

Steph created the workouts so they can be completed with minimal equipment. All you need is a pair of dumbbells. A yoga mat and foam roller are recommended.
