My career began with a deep-seated desire to bring health and happiness to others, which naturally led me to focus on maternal fitness.

Over the years, I've honed my skills as a Certified Nutrition Coach, Health Coach, and Yoga Teacher, allowing me to offer holistic fitness solutions tailored to the unique needs of mothers.

My approach is all about creating stress-free fitness experiences that fit seamlessly into your life, to help you to not just survive, but thrive during and after pregnancy.
