Hello! My name is Stephanie, your bridal personal trainer. I love helping brides like you achieve their fitness goals in the most effective, healthy, and enjoyable way possible.
I understand that the wedding planning process can be stressful and overwhelming, and it's easy to get caught up in the pressure to look a certain way. However, my philosophy is that every body is beautiful and deserves to be celebrated. I believe that exercise and healthy habits should be a form of self-care, not punishment or a means to an end.
My role as a bridal personal trainer goes beyond just physical fitness. I am also here to be a sounding board, a confidante, and a cheerleader. I want to create a safe space where you can talk openly and honestly about your hopes, fears, and insecurities.
