The Bridal Body Workout Guide

Anyone who has ever started their bridal workout journey knows this – it isn’t always easy (especially if you’re trying to figure it out all by yourself). There are moments where it seems like an uphill battle and others where it feels as easy as a breeze. Whether you are new to the game or are coming back after taking some time off, finding inspiration to keep your body in shape doesn’t have to be so difficult, not with this guide around! Read on to find some of my favorite fitness motivation tips to get you started and excited to continue your health and fitness journey, even with all the wedding planning!

Switch it Up

Ask yourself this, would you eat the same pizza every single night for a month? The answer is probably no. Why? Because no one likes to do the same thing over and over again. It’s the same thing with workouts. Switch up your routine (the Bridal Body Workout Guide is an awesome way to mix it up!) or try some new outdoor activities for a breath of fresh air.

Find Your Jam

There’s nothing like some upbeat music to get you moving. Spend some time refreshing your playlist with songs you know will make you want to get on your feet. Did you know that we have a new STF playlist on Spotify every season? Go check it out! And feel free to send over any song requests.

Keep it Short and Sweet

A good workout doesn’t have to be an hour each time. You can actually get a killer workout in just 20-30 minutes. But if you’re tired and aren’t feeling motivated, try 15 minutes. Even though it’s short and sweet, it’s a great way to boost your energy, turn your mood around, and create a new healthy habit.

Form Healthy Habits

Our daily tasks only get done because, well, they’re done regularly! To create a consistent workout routine try incorporating it into your regular schedule.

For example, setting the same day and time to do your bridal workout will make it seem so much less of an obstacle. Another good idea would be to prep your workout smoothie or your fitness clothes and equipment so you’re ready to get started.

Find Your Crew

Last but not least, finding a workout buddy or joining a fitness community is a helpful way to receive positive feedback, overcome obstacles, and find a support system that wants to see you succeed!
