If you’re following one of my wedding workout plans from home, this list of home workout equipment essentials is for you! For most of my workouts, all you really need is a set of dumbbells and a booty band.
You don’t need much for a super effective workout.
But if you want to make the most out of your home gym, I suggest getting a few more pieces of workout equipment.
The home gym equipment I’ve listed are products I’ve been using in my own home gym and I highly recommend them to my clients.
