The Bridal Body Workout Guide

Are you ready for your honeymoon? After months of stressing out about the wedding, you can finally let out a sigh of relief. No more planning or running around to make sure that every detail is perfect – your wedding day has come and gone and now you’re off to the airport to go on vacation! But even though the dress has been lovingly folded and put away, ask yourself – are you ready to say goodbye to your health and fitness routine?

You’ve worked so hard, so let’s try and keep that momentum going! Keep reading for my dos and don’ts for honeymoon workouts – and don’t worry this doesn’t mean you get no break!

Try Some Short but Sweet Workouts
Let’s be realistic – you’re on your honeymoon! Between lounging on the beach and touring a nearby city, your schedule is packed. That’s why I recommend short but effective 10–25-minute workouts to keep you on track. A lot of destinations have a gym set up but if not, you can always hop on and have a workout session with me from the comfort of your hotel room!

Keep a Routine
Having a routine is key. Whether it is early in the morning or later in the day, find a time and try your best to stick to it. Remember – while it’s only 10 minutes of your time it can make a big difference in the long run.

Get Adventurous
It’s time to get adventurous! Try going swimming in the ocean, hiking in a tropical jungle, playing beach volleyball, or even cycling through town. There’s plenty of ways to break a sweat while having fun.

Pack Some Goodies
We all know how tempting a minifridge can be but don’t do it! A good way to ease those midnight cravings is to pack some healthy snacks for when you’re feeling hungry. Some of my favorite ideas include protein bars, crispy fruit, nuts, and dark chocolate.

Treat Yourself
Most importantly, don’t forget to spoil yourself! Whether it’s a romantic dinner or a couples spa treatment, you two lovebirds deserve it!

So, what are you waiting for? It’s time to start your new adventure! Do you have a workout tip you’d like to share? Message me on Instagram, I’d love to hear your thoughts!
