Where did you get married?
My childhood church in Chaffee, MO
Do you believe in love at first sight?
Absolutely not. It was all timing and the Man upstairs that made our love begin.
What was your first dance song?
“You” by Jason Cassidy
What was the best food at your wedding?
Chicken cordon blue. Hands down.
Who would be your dream wedding guest?
My parents. And my dream came true. There are so many people that don’t have them down here on earth any longer and I’m not sure what I’d have done if they weren’t a part of my day.
What was the best wedding gift you received?
Ironically, I got so excited for my homemade ice cream maker! So many memories to be made with it!
What are your honeymoon plans?
What’s your favorite holiday?
Christmas. Everyone is so happy around that time of year.
Which meal is your favorite: breakfast, lunch, or dinner? What do you love about it?
Breakfast! Always starts my day out right!
What do you do for a living?
What’s your go-to guilty pleasure?
Wine. And popcorn. Sometimes ice cream (if my hubby doesn’t eat it all while I’m away for work! Haha)
What fitness apps or programs were you using (if any) before you discovered STF?
I didn’t do any immediately prior. I have tried beach body and other workout programs. I am just excited that I mostly stuck with the workouts with STF.
How has STF bridal fitness made you feel about your body?
My self-worth improved and I was more confident in wearing my old clothes again.
How did STF bridal fitness affect your wedding day?
I was so much happier. My dress fit perfectly and I had so many compliments.
What made you decide to start training with Stephanie?
Once I spoke with her on the phone, I was sold. She was so positive and kind. She always kept me focused and encouraged me on the days I began to fall behind.
What was the biggest hurdle you had to overcome during training? How did you overcome it?
Some days I was just too tired. But I pushed past it and made the workout happen. Working 15 hour nights doesn’t make it easy to figure out a time for workouts but it is important they are done.
Anything else you’d like to add?
I am so glad I chose Stephanie and her program. I couldn’t have done it without her. I have previously tried other programs but I wouldn’t stick to it. When she would check in and keep me accountable, I felt it was the most beneficial.
