The Bridal Body Workout Guide

Have you spent hours searching the internet for the best tips for starting your bridal fitness journey? With so many articles out there, it can be hard to know where to look. That’s why I’ve created a list of my top wedding fitness secrets that no one is talking about, until now. Let’s get started!

Create a Personal Plan

Everyone is different. That means that, unfortunately, the same tips and tricks will not work for everyone. Talking to a bridal fitness trainer like myself will not only help you create a customized fitness plan and nutritional advice but will also create a fun experience leading up to your big day.

Drink Up

You know what I’m going to say, drinking lots of water is an absolute must! Our bodies are made up of about 60% water so when we sweat it all out, we need to make sure we’re keeping it nice and refreshed. To make things a little more exciting, try adding frozen berries, lemon or comember into the mix.

Increase Your Step Count

We all know that working from 9 – 5 can make it so hard to get off the couch at the end of the day! But believe it or not, scheduling your daily walk is important not only for your physical well-being but mental health as well. While we can’t always do 10,000 steps per day, try to move as much as possible to keep your body active.

Practice Being Mindful

It’s easy to get overwhelmed scrolling through social media seeing Instagram models and hundreds of people promising you that they know the best workout routines to get you in shape. While it can be motivating to see your favorite influencers talk about their journeys, it’s okay to unplug if it feels like too much. Be proud of the steps you are taking, the progress you have made, and remember, there is no one way to achieve your goals!

Look at it from a Different Point of View

Working out before your wedding is about feeling good. It’s about making small positive changes that will impact your life not for weeks, months but years after the wedding! Try to shift the focus from something with a deadline to a life-long habit for a healthy lifestyle.

Find Quality Time

Whether it is with your friends, family or fiancé, finding quality time is the basis of any good relationship. Take a break from all the wedding planning (that includes your workout schedule) to reconnect and have some fun!

Now, it’s time to turn things around! Let’s work together to create a plan that puts you feeling good first.
